Job Description

Pays $18-$30, depending on experience. Work day shift (i.E.: 7am - 4pm). Looking for someone who has previously worked with the public providing customer service, and who has been responsible for scheduling and dispatching techs to customers in need. Previous experience in the HVAC or similar industry (i.E.: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.) preferred. Will also be helping to oversee a couple of customer service reps and will therefore need someone with supervisory/ management skills. The customer service aspect of the job involves answering phones and making phone calls; filling and optimizing the daily schedule by identifying areas of improvement and coming up with solutions; recognizing and problem solving issues in a timely and situation-appropriate manner; collaborating and coordinating with customer service reps and technicians; and, providing assertive yet empathetic communication to customers. The administrative side of the job includes documenting actions taken, performing data entry, and invoicing, etc.
